For those who struggle to say NO.
If any of these resonate, you’re not alone:
- You are exhausted, overworked, or burnt out.
- You feel angry or resentful more than you feel peace and joy.
- You feel ambivalent or overwhelmed thinking about what you want for you.
- You avoid any conflict at all costs.
Struggling with keeping healthy boundaries does NOT necessarily mean you lack self worth or communication skills.
When trauma or conditioning teaches you it is safer to concede than to express your needs, your somatic sense of your boundaries are injured or ruptured.
Systems of oppression rely on the rupture of boundaries and seek to prevent healing.
This means, in our culture, people of certain identities often experience boundary ruptures.

I welcome all, but have the most experience working with:
- Neurodiverse folx
- LGBTQTIA+ people
- Survivors of intimate partner abuse
- People with complex health needs
- Children and teens
Do you see yourself here?
I can customize our work together with intensive support for times of stress and vulnerability or to focus on deeper healing and transformation.
