Somatic Experiencing offers a way to build resilience in these times. Rooted in the wisdom of the body, this gentle, trauma-informed approach helps you tap into your innate capacity for wholeness.

Hi! I am Tanya.
Despite being an extreme introvert, I believe that embodied radical visibility is the most loving thing you can offer yourself, your loved ones and your community.
I have over twenty years of experience helping hundreds of people from around the world move past shame, acknowledge their strength and resilience, and embody their radical selves. I am currently completing the three year Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner Certification.
I identify as white, cishet, chronically ill, and neurodiverse.
How It Works
The Sessions:
We will meet virtually in weekly one-on-one sessions using Zoom.
Each session is about ninety minutes long. In these sessions, we connect to your body’s wisdom through guided awareness of sensations, movements, feelings and thoughts as you practice relating to yourself and to others. These Somatic Practices are suitable for all bodies – you may choose to be seated, lay down or move around. The practices are intended to be gentle.
Sessions are $120 each, payable at the time of booking through Calendly (credit card or PayPal).
A minimum of weekly 12 sessions is strongly recommended to ensure you have the consistent ongoing support that big changes require.
To encourage fully embodying your feelings as they arise, I offer email support (or a more secure, private app if you prefer) where you can safely share your experiences and emotions when they are alive. Your sharing will be responded to as soon as I can, likely within 24 hours. You need witnessing, support, and encouragement when you need it, not when it fits into someone else’s schedule.
